Thank you for choosing CosBed. We strive to deliver your ergonomic sleep solutions as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, shipping fees, tracking, customs duties, and shipping support.

1 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing may be extended by 1–2 business days.

2 Shipping Destinations

CosBed currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, select EU countries, Australia, and other regions available at checkout. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@cosbedstore.com for availability.

4 Shipping Methods

Standard shipping is used for all orders unless express or expedited shipping is selected at checkout (where available). Carriers used may include USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local postal services in the destination country.

5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If your tracking status does not update within 5 business days, contact us at support@cosbedstore.com.

6 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. CosBed cannot predict or control these fees. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

7 Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. CosBed is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cosbedstore.com. We will attempt to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.

8 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cosbedstore.com with your order number. For damaged items, please report within 48 hours of delivery and include photos showing the damage.

1 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior RMA authorization may be refused.

2 Return Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our pillow products, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use
• Returned in original packaging with all tags attached and inserts included
• Not damaged by customer misuse, improper care, washing, or storage

3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: used, washed, stained, or damaged products; items without original packaging or tags; final sale or clearance items; custom or personalized products; sample products; and opened hygiene-related items where the seal has been broken.

4 How to Start a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Step 1: Email support@cosbedstore.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Step 2: Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number within 1–2 business days.
3. Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
4. Step 4: Ship the item to the return address provided below. Include the RMA number on or inside the package.

Note: Returns sent to any address other than the one above will not be accepted. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. CosBed is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

6 Return Shipping Fees

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or remorse returns. For items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error, CosBed will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first to arrange a prepaid return label for such cases.

7 Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns that meet all conditions outlined in Section 2.

8 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

9 Partial Refund Policy

Items that are returned damaged, used, washed, stained, incomplete, or without authorization may be refused, returned to the sender, or refunded only partially at our discretion, where permitted by applicable law. The partial refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and communicated to you before processing.

10 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cosbedstore.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund including any return shipping costs.

11 EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason — subject to the hygiene exceptions outlined in Section 3. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@cosbedstore.com. The cost of return shipping for EU withdrawal orders is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
